A bathroom typically runs two to three weeks; kitchens three to six depending on scope. The honest variable is material lead time, which is why we lock materials before demo.
Can I stay in the house during the remodel?
Almost always yes. We contain dust, keep pathways clear and make sure you have a working bathroom every night of the project.
Do you help choose materials?
Yes, and it is the part clients use most. Michel advises on what to buy at each budget level and where spending more actually shows.
Can you do a partial remodel?
Yes. New counters and backsplash over existing cabinets, a tub-to-shower conversion, floor and paint only: partial scopes are real projects for us, not consolation prizes.
How do payments work?
Terms are agreed in writing with the estimate, tied to project stages. We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash and check, and you always know what each stage covers before it starts.
Do you remodel kitchens and bathrooms on the Eastside?
Yes, it is where most of our remodels happen: Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond and Sammamish, plus Seattle proper. Michel comes out to measure wherever the project is, and the estimate is free either way.
