Michel General Services is a family-owned company from the Greater Seattle area: Michel on the tools, Fabiula running the office, and one standard for every job since 2015.
Twenty years on the tools, ten of them under our own name.
Michel spent years working the trades before opening the company in 2015: painting, carpentry, flooring, the kind of work where you learn what fails and what lasts by fixing both. That experience became Michel General Services, a general services company built around a simple observation: homeowners do not have one problem at a time, they have a list.
Ten thousand jobs later, the company still works the way it did on day one. Michel walks every estimate in person, says out loud what he would do if the house were his, and brings a small fixed crew instead of rotating strangers. Fabiula keeps the schedule and the paperwork honest, which is why estimates arrive when promised.
We speak English and Portuguese, we show up when we said we would, and we still get most of our work the old way: one neighbor telling another.
